To book your appointment you will need to click the “book online” tab on the website and choose the appropriate appointment type
When your appointment is booked, you will receive and automatic response with a step by step guide of what is required for your specific appointment type.
This will include an ID CHECK, Client Portal Activation, clear list of documents required along with checklist/s to fill out with your details.
Once you have activated your client portal, you are able to upload the checklists, receipts, statements along with any additional documents you may think will be required to get the most out of your appointment.
Once you have uploaded your checklists and any additional documents to your portal, your accountant will be able to confirm what is claimable based on the information provided. During your appointment, your accountant will also be able to answer any questions you may have regarding additional claimable items.
Yes! Although we have an office in the Gold Coast and Newcastle, our telephone appointment service is the preferred option for a lot of our clients as we know how valuable your time is. Let us work around you and make the best use of your time.
Using a registered Tax Agent, Tax returns are usually processed within 14 days. However in some circumstances there can be delays of approx 30 days.
Having your card on file confirms your appointment and allows us to process your payment at the time of your appointment.
For new clients, when you book your first appointment with us, you will receive access to our client portal.
For return clients, please view the main page of our website for clear access to the portal.
For existing clients, you will receive an email to say that a document has been uploaded to your client portal. When you open the document within your client portal, there is clear step by step instructions on how to sign.
